There are mainly two types of equipment failures: systematic equipment failures and random equipment failures.
1. Systematic equipment failure. Systematic equipment failure generally refers to a situation where a controlled device, such as a CNC machine tool, will inevitably experience a specific equipment failure if certain indicators during operation meet certain conditions or exceed a predetermined threshold or limit. Such failures are relatively common, and to prevent or avoid the occurrence of such systematic equipment failures, it is essential to use the equipment correctly according to operating specifications and to carry out meticulous maintenance work.
2. Random equipment failures. Random equipment failures generally refer to situations where controlled equipment, such as CNC machine tools, may sometimes operate without malfunction under the same working environment conditions, but occasionally experience one or two failures. Such failures are also referred to as "soft failures"
